Publicly listed commercial and BPO real estate developer, Stanley Motta, has announced that Canopy Insurance has become the first tenant to fully occupy and operationalise its newly completed Unit 1 building at 58 Half-Way Tree Road.
Occupying the entire seventh floor, Canopy Insurance’s new headquarters was designed by Synergy Design Studio, featuring cutting-edge interior architecture that prioritises wellness, productivity, and brand expression.
This development is part of Stanley Motta’s broader mission to deliver world-class commercial infrastructure and stimulate economic growth through job creation and sustainable development. Unit 1 is also designed with long-term environmental sustainability in mind, featuring enhanced insulation, rainwater harvesting systems, and plans for a state-of-the-art Building Management System (BMS).

The space, designed by Synergy Design Studio, includes a state-of-the-art client consultation room, an expansive open office area, private executive offices, a wellness-focused lunchroom and sick bay, and advanced IT infrastructure.
